Through ethical management rooted in our core values of fairness, ownership, accountability, passion, safety, transparency, and trust, we aim to transform into a company that clients and partners want to engage with, shareholders wish to invest in, and employees are eager to work for, and a company that fully fulfills its responsibilities to the nation and society.
Vision
In 2023, we established our new social responsibility vision, “Building a Bright and Warm World for a Comfortable Tomorrow.” To support marginalized groups in need, revitalize local economies, and nurture future generations, we drive three core strategic pillars: participatory initiatives where all employees join together in sharing, sustainable initiatives that align with the company's future-oriented goals, and empathetic initiatives that deeply value social accountability and genuine sincerity.

HD Hyundai 1% Foundation
The HD Hyundai 1% Foundation builds upon the legacy of the HD Hyundai Oilbank 1% Foundation, which was established in 2011 as the first among major Korean conglomerates where employees agreed to donate 1% of their salaries. In 2020, we expanded this initiative to encompass employees across all group affiliates, officially launching the foundation group-wide.
We drive diverse social responsibility initiatives for the marginalized neighbors in our society. Through this expanded launch of the 1% Foundation, we not only fully fulfill our corporate social responsibility but also expect to deliver a message of hope to society.
Our small 1% sharing has gathered to become the most impactful 1% in the world. Knowing well that small drops of water gather to form a river and eventually create a vast ocean, we continue to strengthen the power of our 1% sharing today.
